Stencil Pave Concrete

Applied to fresh wet concrete

The CCS Stencil Pave finish provides the look of pavers, with the strength and practicality of concrete. You also have the option of choosing from a range of stencil designs, or if you prefer - a smooth plain pattern.

Because it is created from the one solid slab of concrete, CCS Stencil Pave will not sink or sag and its textured surface provides a sure footing for pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

With its extensive array of colours and designs, the CCS Stencil Pave system adds character and charm to any area.

How is it created?

  1. CCS Stencil is applied to the surface of the fresh wet concrete.

  2. Experienced applicators then cover the stencil with CCS Colour Hardener to colour and strengthen the concrete.

  3. The colour hardener is also trowelled into the surface to create a 2-3 mm surface colouring finish.

  4. Stencils are then removed and a sealer is applied to the concrete once dry. The removal of the stencil creates the grey 'grout lines' providing definition to the coloured brick, cobble, tile or rock stencil design used.
